The special dining experience organised by Harvester and Fifth Sense will be for 20 people, but each person can bring one guest with them. The first 10 spaces are being offered exclusively to Fifth Sense members and the winners will be randomly selected, subject to the application form being fully completed. Applications for the first stage will be open from Wednesday 28^th June until Wednesday 5^th July. The successful 10 participants will be contacted via email by Friday 7^th July to confirm their place.

The remaining 10 spaces will be open to members of the public from Monday 10^th July until Monday 24^th July where they will need to complete the application form for stage two. On Tuesday 25^th July, all submissions that have been completed satisfactorily via the stage two application landing page will be compiled and 10 people will be randomly selected. The outcome of the draw will be revealed on Monday 31^st July and the 10 successful people will be contacted via email to confirm their place. If for any reason, an individual from the selected 20 cannot attend, another applicant will be selected at random. 

The special dining experience will be split into two sessions — a morning experience (10am-12pm) and an afternoon experience (2pm-4pm) hosted at Harvester George Stephenson in Walsall on Friday 15th September. Participants will have to organise and fund their own travel.

At the session, the selected 20 individuals will not dine from a set menu but rather experiment with different mouthfeels, textures and tastes using a selection of Harvester’s dishes and sauces.
