Introducing Nina Hill, Director of Development and Operations

We’re delighted to welcome Nina Hill to Fifth Sense.  Nina, our first ever employee, joins us as Director of Development and Operations, taking responsibility for all operational aspects of our work.  Nina’s post is funded for three years by our grant from the National Lottery Community Fund.

Here’s Nina in her own words:

Hello Everyone! I’m Nina Hill and I am thrilled to be joining Fifth Sense as Director of Development and Operations. My career has been incredibly diverse and I have been working most recently as an Associate Director of Operations in the NHS. I have over 15 years leadership experience in the healthcare sector across a number of specialist services that have included Physical Health Psychology, Neurology and Acquired Brain Injury. As a non-clinician, patient involvement, engagement, education and self-management are particular passions of mine. Prior to the NHS I qualified as a teacher in adult education and have worked in HR in the retail and finance sectors.

I am really looking forward to meeting and working with everyone – the trustees and volunteers, the hubs and the partners to develop all the great work you have already achieved and deliver the actions that the strategy, vision and mission set out.

Nina brings a wealth of skills and experience to Fifth Sense and we’re very proud that she is joining us.  Look forward to hearing more from her soon.
